Jackie & Tom

April 17, 2009
Crowne Plaza, Warwick, RI

What more can I say than AWESOME couple! They are both so relaxed and easy going...and when Jackie answered the door in a Red Sox jersey and veil I knew it was going to be a great day :) Go Sox!

Kristin Greene was Jackie's makeup artist and she did a fabulous job! It was the first time I have gotten to work with her, though I know for sure it won't be the last.

...the vicious guard dog!!!...

And it was the littlest man in the bunch that caught the garter! Needless to say he was quite proud of himself.

A fitting end to a beautiful wedding...champagne and bling! Congrats Jackie and Tom!!

Erin & Dean

An engagement shoot New York City style!

Erin and Dean are such a cute and fabulous couple! And I don't feel at all biased saying that, even though she is one of my best friends from high school...I'm sure anyone would feel that way!

Their wedding is coming up in October and for the first time in a loooong time Matt and I will not be behind the camera. Even though we won't be doing their wedding, we wanted to take some casual engagement pics while we were just hanging out together. So over Easter weekend we decided to hit two birds with one stone and take a mini vacation in NYC while taking some engagement pics. Even though it was quite chilly, rainy and windy they braved their way through it for some cute moments...though I neglected to include all the ones of Erin sticking her tongue out at me...hopefully she does better for her wedding!

Love them!

Leah & Tommy

January 31, 2009
Thompson, CT

I had been looking forward to Leah and Tommy's wedding for the longest time...she and I first met when I photographed her sister Jen's wedding in 2007. So finally, on a very cold day in January, we were there for their official wedding ceremony! It was great to be able to see Leah's wonderful family again, and to meet the new family she was joining. And although it was very cold (and I mean VERY) everyone was happy and lookin great...especially Leah!

The church was fantastic to shoot in with tons of natural light and so many great spots for photographs...it vibed perfectly with Leah's retro-glam look.

That red lipstick looks great on Leah...not so much on Tommy.
They were complete troopers (did I mention it was cold?) and braved it outside to get a few great New Englandy shots. And you gotta end with a sensible shoe pic!
